A Scarily, Fun BOOchelorette

October 26, 2020 by The Evening Collective
We love a bachelorette party...and we love a themed one even more! Luckily, it is the time of year where costumes, masks, and BOOze are more than welcome.
We have tallied up some of our favorite tips when it’s time to BOOst (okay, we’ll stop with the boo’s) for your Halloween themed bachelorette bash! From the perfect places to get away, socially distanced fun, drinks, and decor, we’ve put together some inspiration that will have you feeling SPOOKtacular all night with your girls!
Go Glamping with your Ghouls!
Gather your girls and get ready to go glamping! We have attached some of the best Air BNB’s that allow for you to glamp in style, build a bonfire of epic proportions for all those ghost stories you’ll be telling and relax with your favorites! Batshit Crazy Decor!
The decor is EVERYTHING when creating your setting for the scariest bachelorette! Mock spider webs with pulled apart cotton balls, replace all lightbulbs with red and dark purple lights, bring in a fog machine to take it up a notch! For a ghoulish dinner, make sure the place settings are just as dark and ghostly as everything else. Scatter fake spiders, skulls, moody flowers, dark goblets, black plates and silverware. Oh, and don’t forget the Boo-loons.
Sip the Potions!
A Halloween bachelorette wouldn’t be the same without some spooky drinks! Shake up some cocktails that will get your bride squad into an even more festive mood. Channel the fall flavors with pumpkin, cinnamon, bourbons, whiskeys, and red wines. Decorate your cocktail glasses with fake eyeballs made from grapes, red syrups to mimic blood and dark-colored spirits. We enjoyed the ultimate, scary cocktail guide by Brit + Co. Boochelorette Costume Competition!
Have a costume competition and let the bride be the judge! Have every bridesmaid put together their best costume with mask (safety first) and show off their creative side. Let the bride sit on the panel and pick her top three favorite looks! Need some costume ideas? Follow us on Instagram @eveningcollective and watch our stories for some inspo on October 31st!
